Description of Work: Although I did not hire Snider & Co. for the job, the estimator responded immediately to my request for a bid, was thorough and helpful when discussing my needs, and returned a very professional bid promptly. Given the degree of professionalism, I feel that they would have done an outstanding job, but their bid was considerably higher than the only other bid I got before I made my decision.

 + -1 moreI WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MOST OF THE MAJOR CARPENTRY AND SUBFLOOR INSTALLATION THAT WAS DONE IN TWO BATHROOM AREAS. HOWEVER, THE DRYWALLING ON ONE OF THE KITCHEN WALLS WAS VERY SLOPPY (THE WALL WAS LEFT NOWHERE NEAR PLUMB), AND THE CARPENTRY WORK PERFORMED IN THE BASEMENT WAS SO BAD, THAT ONCE I DISCOVERED IT, I HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY SCHEDULE AND REDO IT MYSELF!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE HIGHLY DISORGANIZED, AND THE DRYWALLER AND CARPENTRY SCHEDULER GOT A SERIOUS ATTITUDE WITH ME WHEN I COMPLAINED ABOUT THE INFERIOR QUALITY OF HIS WORK!! MANY OF THE CARPENTERS WERE TOO BUSY TAKING VACATIONS TO FINISH THE WORK THEY STARTED. THEY LEFT ENORMOUS PILES OF TRASH (DISGUARDED WORK MATERIALS, SODA BOTTLES, CIGARETTE BUTTS, FOOD CONTAINERS, ETC..) ALL OVER THE PLACE!! IN ADDITION, THEY HAD THE NERVE TO EXPECT US TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
