Description of Work: Lance dug out the old rotting fence and post that borders our driveway, replaced it and painted it. He also leveled a door that was inside our house.

 + -1 moreHE WAS VERY PATIENT AND FLEXIBLE AS WE WORKED. THE QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP OF MY PORCH IS SUPERB - IT IS MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CARPENTER - HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE, FRIENDLY AND WILLING TO ALLOW ME TO DO AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE AS I WANTED.
Description of Work: SILVER HAMMER REPLACED THE REAR DUST PORCH ON MY BRICK BUNGALOW. AFTER FINISHING THE MAIN SECTION OF THE PORCH, I WORKED WITH THE CARPENTER ON A RAILING DESIGN. HE OFFERED ME SAMPLES OF PORCHES HE HAD DONE IN THE PAST AS WELL AS A BOOK OF HISTORICAL SAMPLES. I EXPLAINED AND DREW THE DESIGN THAT I EVENTUALLY WANTED. HE OFFERED TO PURCHASE MATERIALS, BUT I WAS COMFORTABLE BUYING THEM ON MY OWN AND HE ALSO ALLOWED ME TO HELP HIM BUILD THE RAILINGS.
