Extra special attention for renewing and updating the paint on an older 1200 sq foot ranch home. We appreciate the detailed planning before the painting occurred of what would be caulked, masked off etc. to avoid any misunderstandings. Great workmanship, very personable and went above and beyond. Highly recommend them.

The communication and follow through is what I appreciated most. The weather threw curve balls in the project but they worked with me to pivot and adjust to what I was comfortable with. I WILL BE HIRING THEM AGAIN. They were timely, clean, and did good work.

Very thorough during the bid process to determine scope of work. Happy they used Sherwin Williams super paint. They completed a 1100 sq ft ranch with 2 coats in a day. Also helped me scrape and paint a garage in another day. Good site cleanup.

Spoke to Santigo the last Saturday of April and started job on May 2,2022. Finished May 6,2022. Wonderful job. Painted 6 rooms walls & ceilings. My space looks so beautiful. Santiago Home Improvements was great. Painters were prompt each day. They mask tape on the woodwork carefully. They also clean up after themselves. We had almost all the rooms of our house , so there was a lot of furniture moving. We were very pleased.
