Santiago was hired to paint the ceilings in 7 rooms in our ranch-style home. Santiago was quick to respond and communicated very clearly throughout the whole process - from quote to project completion. Furniture and objects were moved and covered as needed and then placed back in their original positions once complete. His team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. The ceilings look fantastic! I would certainly hire again.

Excellent work and very polite. Santiago was very honest, and straightforward. He came on very short notice because I needed painting done before we moved in furniture. He was able to accommodate my work schedule, and was very COVID safe, and always arrived early. He was comprehensive in assessing the walls in our rooms that had many holes that needed patching and provided an excellent bid. He even offered to show me his company insurance, the first painter I contacted did not have it, so I was very pleased. He advised adding a possible third coat to cover the more stubborn colors, but even with just two, everything looks amazing. Great job on painting several complicated rooms with colors that were difficult to cover! Super pleased with the result. Thank you again.

Santiago reached out to us and was eager to do the project. He came to our house, inspected the proposed project, and gave us a better price than two previous contractors. He kept in touch with us promptly, every step of the way. The work was completed to our satisfaction. He was courteous and cleaned up after the project was completed.

Mr. Santiago was courteous and professional. He arrived at our initial meeting on time and we walked the property to gather details. He noted the type of cold weather paint to be used and followed up quickly with a quote and date to begin the work. He completed the job in one day! Clean up was very good. We took a final walk to make sure all was completed. I would definitely hire him again.

Great communication and follow through.

Santiago and his crew were extremely careful, honest, and efficient. They painted 7 rooms in my house. His quote came in at $250 more than the lowest bid, and half the cost of the highest bid. Upon further review I realized he did double coats in every room and the lowest bid only had double coat in 2 of the 7 rooms. Santiago patched up walls that were marked/damaged by kids and nails, everything looked new. There was even an issue with paint color caused by me from buying the same color from two stores; upon seeing it at the end he went back over everything to make it look right. He was also able to come within a week's notice. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Very professional and did an excellent job. Arrived on time and worked very hard. Competitive price was well worth the work they did.

I was refinancing my home and found out at the last minute that areas on the garage needed to be scraped and painted. Instead of the appraiser telling me this right away, I did not find out until over a week later. This was in the middle of November and it was getting cold. I was having a hard time finding someone to take care of this small job in time for me to refinance. I found Santiago Home Improvement and the owner came out the next morning as promised. He went and bought the paint for me and finished the job right away. What a life-saver. Honest, quality work for a fair price. Thank you, Santiago Home Improvement.
