Paid half the agreed upon price for materials. Spent the next 5 weeks getting the run around and no work being done. Now after requesting a refund for services not rendered all communication has been cut off.

I am extremely satisfied with the job the crew did for me. My neighbor gave them high praises for the amount of work they put into every aspect of the job. They were on time and very efficient and respectful. By the time they were done with the job I felt as if they were like family. Considering the weather ups and downs, I was amazed with the progress the crew made each day. My roof looks amazing and the cost was lower than I had expected. I will be referring them to everyone I know that needs work done. They cleaned up every day to make sure no one in the area would complain. They really know their business in my opinion. The crew worked so very hard to complete the work and make it look wonderful. I am a home owner who checks on things and asks questions and they treated me with respect and didn't talk down to me and I really appreciated that. Most people treat women as if we don't have regular common sense, but not them.
