He said both stems were bad . They both were replaced. The problem is the hot water facet works the way it was before as far as turning on and off. But the cold water facet works in the opposite direction. The hot water handle faces me when I turn on the water like its suppose too. But the cold water handle you turn it towards the back wall to turn on the water. And that is not how the handle is suppose to work, and it looks funny when both hot and cold water is on at the same time. One handles points towards you and the other handle, cold water points towards the wall and it also hits the wall so the cold water facet is not fully open to let the water out. I am not reallly happy. When the water drips again. I will have to learn to do this my self. When you pay a lot of money for a service you want your stuff to operated the same way before they touched it.
