 + -1 moreTHE COMPANY WAS SLOW TO RESPOND TO MY CALL AND DID NOT SCHEDULE OR CONFIRM AN APPOINTMENT RIGHT AWAY, BUT PROFESSIONALISM AND THE WORK PERFORMED WERE GOOD. DURING THE INITIAL PHONE CALL, THEY MADE AN ASSESSMENT OF WHAT BRAND OF GRILL AND SORT OF PARTS MIGHT BE NEEDED TO REPAIR THE PROBLEM SO THE REPAIRMAN COULD BRING THEM WITH.
Description of Work: WEBER PROPANE GRILL WAS NOT HEATING PROPERLY. THE COMPANY SENT A WORKER TO TROUBLE SHOOT AND REPAIR. THE SAFETY VALVE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE BURNERS WERE RUSTED. THE REPAIRMAN HAD THE CORRECT PARTS TO REPAIR THE GRILL AND ALSO CLEANED IT OUT.
