Raul, the owner can out three times to my property. I called at noon one day, he came out that afternnon after my work day. He looked at the job, and told me either he or I could get the electric company involved to do "some" of the work for free, since the trees were very close to wires. He said it could save me some dough if I called them, and had them out first to create a certain clearance he needs to work around the trees legally. WE Energies was great, and Raul was right, THEY DID HALF THR JOB!!!! They came out within a day & looked at the job with me with a foreman. Two days later, THEY SPENT THE ENTIRE DAY, with 5 guys working and stacking up the mountain of trees I mentioned. Since I was removing these trees entirely, they really whacked them. The day after WE, Raul came back out, but the weather was getting bad. He said the grass would be ruined if we didn't get all that cover off soon, and said he would see if he could rearrange his crew schedule, since he was working on some county projects. He gave me a fair price, and was out two days later while I was at work. The cleanup was great, and I could hardly tell that mountain of branches ever existed. He checks up on his crew unannouced. They cleaned up by the road where the chipper was. He is very low key, and was good to work with, and the girl who answers the phone was helpful & informed.

Very well. I never had any problems with them. Raul Rodriguez did much of the landscape design. They worked with me and listened to all of my concerns. They always followed through on everything. They were always willing to do extra things. They never compromised on materials that were used. The end result is that they were able to correct a long standing drainage problem that other companies were not able to. I do not have anything negative to say about them. It was a very positive experience and I highly recommend them.

Work was done quickly and with great skill. The tree climber was especially amazing. The crew was very professional and everything was cleaned up neatly. The depressions caused by the falling limbs were filled in with dirt and grass seeds sown. We would highly recommend them and definitely use them again.

Very well. They came quickly (two days after estimate) and worked professionally. Presented estimate/bill that was exactly the same as the verbal estimate given.

It was a somewhat complicated job, involving a city permit and a master plumber because this drain pipe ran from the back corner of our yard and connects to the downspout/lateral on our neighbors house. (Note-we hired and paid the Master Plumber separately) The job took longer then expected because of getting things ready for inspection and waiting for the inspector. They worked long hard days on a couple of hot humid 90 degree days. In the end, they did a fabulous job and re-graded and added topsoil and seeded and their clean-up at the end was perfect. They finished the job on September 7. I began watering on September 8, and we already have grass growing.

I have used Rodriguez landscaping before fo a larger project and was extremmely satisfied. I e-mailed them and they responded the sameday to let me know that Raul Rodriguez would be out the next morning to give me an estimate . Raul arrived on time , gave me the estimate which I felt was very good for the amount of stumps I had. He informed me that his crew was finishing a job nearby and could be at my house around 1p.m. The crew arrived at 1p.m. on the dot. As was my previous experience with Mr. Rodriguez's workers, they were very polite, carefull and efficient with there work. One of the stumps to be removed was partially emerged in a large lilac bush which was to be saved and they took special care not to injure it. I have found that the best way to communicate with them innitially is via e-mail. This is relly a good company.

I do a lot of work with him. There was a tornado and there was a lot of tree damage. There was one branch that would have been harmful. Someone else gave me a bid of $600 for the job. I called this company and he quoted just $180. He has a very small staff. I will be using him for the job. He is really good. He was very prompt. I think I have a very good working relationship with him.

I did not use this service because I would have had to pay travel expenses because I was outside of usual service area. Mr. Rodriquez informed me of the extra cost and recommended that I get an estimate from someone local for comparison, which I appreciated. Only suggestion is that the office staff who made my appointment should have told me about the travel charges on the phone. I got the appointment for the estimate within days. Mr. Rodriquez was easy to talk with re the extent of the tree trimming that I wanted done.

After the huge rainfall/storm we had on 7/22 we lost a large oak tree in our backyard. It was all over our backyard and partially covering our little boy's swingset. I emailed Rodriguez Landscaping at 2pm on 7/23 and Laurie responded by 2:15pm! She was able to have Raul come out that same day in order to give us an estimate!!! Due to rain we had to wait until Monday morning to have the tree removed. (otherwise they would have come on Saturday) In 2 hours the tree was cut up and dragged off, the yard raked and ready for my little guy to get back out there and play. Plus they even trimmed several other shrubs and trees that had been damaged by the falling tree.

They showed up on schedule, had a crew working quickly and had the tree and branches down and stump ground in no time. All was done in about 1/2 day. lawn was left clean and free of debris

Work was done the same day as the estimate was provided. The crew was efficient and professional. It took about one and half hours from start to finish. They swept up the deck and patio. They even cut up the trunk and stacked it on the adjacent wood pile for me. Despite not being able to use a power stump grinder and the cramped quarters, the stump was reduced by hand and is below grade as requested. I have used this company before, back in 2004. Still the same great service and price. I recommend this company without reservation.

Called them for an estimate -- they arrived, gave me a competitive estimate, and performed the work the same day. Prompt, courteous, thorough people. Would definitely hire again.

I called for an estimate and they sent Dave to meet with me a few days later. We discussed the project and walked the grounds and he asked a lot of questions and took a lot of notes. When we decided to go with their bid they were able to schedule the work very quickly - within one week. They took only 2.5 days to complete the work, which was astounding to me. They were highly efficient and followed the plan exactly. They cleaned up each day and appeared cheerful and professional. I am elated with the quality of the work and the speed with which they were able to complete the job! Typically, with such a large undertaking, there's something that goes wrong or isn't up to your expectations, but everything went perfectly! On the few details where there was miscommunication, Dave and the crew quickly adjusted so that I was completely happy with the finished work.

Professional, thorough and competitive in price. B in quality reflects the fact that I called them back to do a couple things they missed. However, they promptly complied and did what I requested without any pushback. I will use them again - if there was a B+ / A- that would be the true quality rating.

I called on Monday morning for an estimate to be done. Raul came by that afternoon with a quote. I approved and they did the work on Wednesday -- probably would have done it Tuesday but we had rain. They did an excellent job. My yard looks 10x better and they didn't leave a trace that they had even been there; everything was removed, disposed of and cleaned up. They even pulled a few extra weeds along the garage and sidewalk. I will definitely use them again.

I called them and asked them if they would mow my lawn, but did not hear back from them.

They did a very nice job. They were helpful throughout the process and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them to anyone.

He gave us an estimate on some work around our home; whatever we wanted done he was able to do. We liked his responsiveness and professionalism, but we decided to not due the work because of the price. We did not get other estimates so we cannot say how competitive this bid was. He was honest in letting us know the soil composition, dealing with clay, may cause these same issues to come back later. We greatly appreciated he mentioned this to us before he started the work. I wish we could have done the work with him, but we decided on a cheaper issue. The choice had nothing to do with him or his company.

It was excellent. It was right on budget. They were responsive. We are extremely happy with the job. We added services as we were going through the process. They left no mess. To do the landscaping, we lost some of our grass so they replanted it for us. We were very pleased. They had the work done on time. There were very efficient. They scheduled it right away.

Every aspect of the job from the estimate to completion of the work was very well done. The crew knew what they were doing and went at the task without any wasted time or effort. The crew were very pleasant and did an excellent job. I was very impressed with how neat the work was done and everything was cleaned up before they departed. I would definitely hire them again for any future landscape work!

A signed and priced quote was provided and upon agreement the team showed up at the date promised and removed the tree. Nicely done!
