Dave was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions and was very honest with us when it came to finding the best solution for a difficult water issue. I received a written contract listing the work that was going to be done within a week after talking to Dave about the project. The crew that did the work was very nice and got all the work done in one day. Dave stopped by three times during the day to check on the project and make sure I was happy with the work that was being done. He even gave me his phone number so I could call him at any time if there was anything I wanted changed while they were doing the work. Everything was cleaned up before they left and it looks great. We had a couple other estimates, one that didn't even want to do the hill, and another that really wanted us to build a new wall that was way to expensive. Dave was willing to work with us to create the hill we wanted and provide the grading to devert the water correctly at a reasonable price. Definetly will call him again for our next landscaping project.

What the provider did not do is respond to my questions regarding the electronic estimate sent. The estimate was incomplete, and vague. When I sent follow-up questions, they never responded. The person who came out to give the estimate seemed very unconcerned and uninterested.

Overall service was extremely good. The issue, I experienced with the company was, there was no contract or agreement and I did not know when the company was going to show-up. Also, last year there was a drought in the mid-west and sometimes the company would trim the grass when there little to no grass, resulting in parch looking grass. In the near future, I will establish a contract with the company.

The first snowfall came and the guys were there in a very timely manner. When they left, our sidewalks were the best in the entire neighborhood! They also generously salted and took care of all the minor "issues" we'd mentioned in the first meeting. As this was about 2 months later, we were very pleasantly surprised. Not a single phone call to "correct" their work! Each snowfall since has been equally attended to. These are the best we've had for this service in the past 20+ years! At the beginning of each month, we receive an invoice for the previous month. This works well for our routine, as there is no huge up-front layout of cash. If we had any 'complaint' at all, it would be the desire for them to offer on-line payment system. These guys are the ONLY check I write each month - as checks are becoming more obsolete. The other issue would be the wish they would at least send an invoice that includes a itemized list of services we can keep. It's a little frustrating each month having to go to the library to find a copy machine to make a copy of the invoice for our records. It would be so much more convenient if they would send 2 copies of their statement, or a bill with a portion to return with payment. These two issues are so minor, just wishes really, as the services provided are far more important. We cannot say enough how much we appreciate their service and look forward to a long-term relationship with this vendor!

From start to finish, this company was fast and no hassle. Dave came, surveyed the situation, listened to what we wanted, sent an estimate via email, came back out again (we called him because we wanted to add more stuff/clarify what was going to happen). We signed the contract, sent in the deposit and agreed upon a date for the work to be completed. We were on vacation when the work started....the workers took the time and care to move planters out of the way and really took care of our belongings in our absence. The work (which I felt was extensive) was completed quickly and was exactly what we wanted. If you're looking for landscaping, I would give this company a try. Price was much cheaper than other companies who gave us an estimate for the same work, and the responsiveness of this company was also much better than the companies (estimate came in faster than the others, for example).

Arrived day one with a crew of three and pruned, removed debris. Arrived day two with a crew of two and a stumb grinder. removed stumps and debris, cleaned up and finished in half day.

Representative showed up, emailed a very basic sketchy estimate. Did not respond to any of my questions by e-mail or phone.

He kept his appointments. They showed up when they said they would. We were satisfied with their efforts.

Cleared the area completely. Great Job.

The project went very well. It was completed in 3 and 1/2 days. The workers took only short work brakes. They cleaned up the work area before they left each day. After the project was completed we received several favorable comments about the appearance of the walls from people walking past our house.

They did a beautiful job and my yard looks wonderful even with tough weather condtions.

Same day service, I was not home, they took out two stumps, left the area clean and we would use them again in a hearbeat!

We are very happy with the work done. We've nearly doubled the size of our back yard! Everyone we had contact with were a joy to work with. I felt the estimate was very reasonable and fell right into my budget! What a nice surprise! I'll definitely be using their services again.

Dave was punctual and did a great job listening to my description of what was needed to reclaim overgrown, weed-infested garden beds. He offered several good suggestions for improving the project. He promptly provided a written proposal and answered a follow-up question. They seem very professional and I'm looking forward to having them do the job. 7/20 Update: They did a great job! The transformation of our yard is nothing short of AMAZING. Great care was taken to save desirable perennials even though they were buried in weeds and invasives. The crew even saved plants I had neglected to identify. You will rarely see people work as hard as they did. The whole crew was pleasant and friendly. They went above and beyond the job. For example, I had a lot of wood debris on my drive from splitting firewood and the crew cleaned it off. The line of communication is key here and I am impressed by how well my wishes were relayed to the crew. They did exactly what I wanted and performed exactly as promised. I originally felt the price was a wee high but now feel it was an excellent value. Would definitely hire Rodriquez again.

They came out, chatted with me about what I wanted and made some recommendations. The people came when they said they would, they finished on time, they were neat and professional. They were very organized and did what they needed to do. They were fantastic, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. They said they would send an estimate in an email and I got the email. It wasn't a big job but they were good. I don't think I would have found anyone any cheaper, it was a fair price for what they did. In the future for landscaping work I would definitely call them first.

Their guys were courteous and profession, including their office personnel. I'm bringing them back this week to take down the rest of the damaged trees. Great experience overall. Thanks guys!

Rodriguez Landscaping is a professional, efficient and hardworking group. They provided speedy service for an "emergency" call. We called Rodriguez on a late Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when a giant branch on a 50 foot tree crashed down, threatening to land on our neighbor's porch. Given the late notice and impending holiday weekend, my first two calls to other tree removal services were unsuccessful. Rodriguez was busy that day but understood my urgent situation. The owner came out right away to access the situation and had a crew out within an hour. The crew was efficient, professional, friendly, organized, tidy in their work. They took care not to damage my garden as they worked and left everything nice and clean. The cost of the job was very reasonable. I would definitely hire Rodriguez again and highly recommend their services.

Within 4 hours of my initial call, Raul was able to stop out and provide an estimate to cleanup a huge downed limb(basically the size of most large trees). His assistant emailed me a proposal and his team was able to take care of the work the next day. They cleaned up the entire area and looked like they raked for any leaves/small branches as well. Definitely a thorough and quick job!

The crew worked tirelessly, solved several existing problems in our yard, transforming formerly unusable space into an inviting and beautiful place. Because of a miscommunication on our part, a gate had been removed and disposed of. They were able to resolve the problem immediately and hung the gate in a way that makes it work better than before. We couldn't believe the amount of work they did in such short order. They were friendly and very accommodating. The clean-up afterward was very well done, and we had a follow-up visit from a company rep to make sure we were satisfied, as well as a phone call from the estimator (crew boss?). We would have no hesitation hiring this company for future projects, and have recommended them to our friends who are looking for a good landscaper.

I have worked with Rual many times in the past and the experience is always the same. Great price, fast service and high quality service. I conflict at work prevented me from meeting him to look the job over; so I just discribed it to him. The very next day they had been here, did the job and it looked great. This is what I love about Rual - he gets it, he has done it, he is very good at what he does.
