RODRIGUEZ HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC

We really enjoyed working with the owner and they did fantastic work. We called them back out to give us a quite for tearing up an existing patio that is showing its age. Unfortunately the quote was extremely high so we aren't able to go through with that project. We'll be keeping this company in mind, though, for other landscaping needs.

Went quite well. Made it easy to shovel for the winter.

Deena was very pleasant and eager to set up an appointment to provide the free estimate asap. We decided that Saturday morning she would have the estimate written up and would call my cell phone when complete (so we wouldn't need to be there if something came up). No call on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Tuesday. In the meantime we decided to hire a friend in the trades to help us do the work. We would have hired the first contractor to give us a decent estimate. I would not hire a company that cannot keep it's initial appointment, and I would not recommend this company in the future.

Our initial impression of Rodriguez Home Improvement was fine - they returned phone calls in a prompt manner and arrived for the estimate on time. Deena and Noelle were friendly and certainly seemed to know the business. Oddly, though, we never heard back from them. They spent at least an hour at our house reviewing the project, but it is now over 10 days after their visit and we have not heard back from them. We called and left a message asking if they could get back to us with an estimate, but alas, no word. Truly baffling as both Deena and Noelle gave no indication that they were not interested in the project. Our number one priority was, and remains, reliability. Unfortunately, we question the reliability of Rodriguez Home Improvement. We have since hired a new contractor to do the work.

He rescheduled two prior appointments, then when he did decide to come to my home, he was LATE!. He was condenscending, and pretty much told me what he thought my yard should look like. He verbally gave me a quote, and stated he would mail a written proposal. I have been waiting for 2 weeks, and I still have not received anything.

Overall experience is great. Ms Rodriguez has great customer service skills and both are very nice to talk to. They understood all my needs and the house they remodeled went up for sale. I received numerous compliments on their quality of work and have referred them for business. I will use them in the future as they can be trusted with a large down payment of money to buy materials for the job. This was very important to me as some contractors were not trustworthy in the past. Their prices are competitive to good contractor prices. They are a husband and wife team that I recommend.
