Description of Work: Steve has done many projects for me over the last year including painting , electrical and plumbing repairs , wood trim repair. He is a great professional and I would trust him with anything. His prices are reasonable and he has a great work ethic. If it is something he is unable to repair he is honest and will tell you so. My 1945 tosa house is in much better shape because of his service!

Description of Work: First, I had to call "Steve" 3 times to get a response. Second, when he did respond he procrastinated about when he could come by my house -- 2 miles from his "provider address". Third, when I called again, as he asked, to get a date and time for him to come by and simply look at my small front porch and give me an estimate, he blew me off again. Fourth, he had my phone number and never called back. "F" on "professionalism".

Description of Work: Steve, Works efficiently and fast. He replaced rotten trim on the outside door, hung a new chandelier, put in a new sink in the guest bathroom, replaced 8 ceiling lights in about 5 hours. He is super affordable and great to work with he is coming back to my house this weekend to do more work.
