+ -1 moreWade of Reliable Mechanical is my go-to guy for HVAC service and installation. I own 7 investment properties and Wade has serviced the furnaces in 2 units and replaced furnaces in 2 others. In each case, he was incredibly prompt, efficient and reasonable. Now, when an issue comes up with a furnace, I simply send him a text and he gets back to me right away. In the case of both of the new furnaces, I contacted him in the morning and they were installed before the end of the same day. I should also note that I first called one of the guys who advertises heavily on the radio, when I had a problem with a furnace in my first property. Not having anywhere else to turn, I had them install a new one at MORE THAN TWICE what Wade charged me for new furnaces at other properties. He cleans up and does neat ductwork, too. My highest recommendation.

+ -1 moreActually RMS serviced our furnaces earlier and recommended these items be replaced. We had this same work done in personal residence so we know he gave us a great price. He even honored the 10% senior discount even tho this work was for an apt building.
Description of Work: RMS replaced all Hot surface Ignitors and flame sensors in the 4 furnaces for our 4-unit apt building.
