Our basement refrigerator died and our municipality does not handle removal of appliances containing refrigerant. I emailed Refrigerant Depot and received an email response within the day. They would remove the refrigerator from the curb for $15 or from the basement for $75. I chose the basement service and we arranged for Friday at 3 p.m. On the appointed day, Angel called around 1:00 p.m. and said because it was a holiday weekend, they were already finished with their other pickups and would it would be convenient for them to come early. I said yes and they arrived soon afterwards. They carefully removed the doors to the basement and house so as not to damage anything (since the doors were in close proximity) and neatly carried the refrigerator up the stairs, out of the house, and into their truck. They replaced the doors and were all done in less than 15 minutes. Angel and his partner were pleasant, efficient, and careful with the house.
