Everything went smooth and quick.

I was looking into buying a house and knew that I need pre-approval on a home loan. I had found good reviews on here for Pat and decided to give him a call. I called him up with little knowledge of what I needed. He was very quick to get started. Since I was at work I asked him if I could meet him later in the day at his office to discuss everything. He was perfectly fine with that and let me meet him outside of his normal business hours. I met up with him and he gave me the pre-approval that I needed. He was very informative and kept tabs with me every step of the way in purchasing a home. If I ever had any questions, he was there to answer them. He even gave me his personal mobile number when things were getting down to the wire on the short-sale purchase. He was very helpful, patient, friendly, and knowledgable. I would highly recommend him and if/when I buy another home, I would definitely use Refferal Mortgage again.

I used Referral Mortgage for my home purchase. Patrick and Barbara were very patient with all my questions and extremely prompt and responsive. I never felt stupid for asking what I thought might be a "dumb" question. Fee was reasonable and they found me a good interest rate. I would definitely use them again.

I would give them an A rating accross the board. I got a great rate locked in and had a very fast and efficient closing with no problems. I don't remember what the closing fee was but I was very pleased with the service and would refinance with them.

Patrick, the owner, is a very nice man, and he was always available and helpful whenever I had questions. I was very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish.

Everything went well. They were very responsive, and I could always get ahold of them when I needed to do so. They were very professional, too. There were, however, some issues with the final numbers, but part of this was due to the title company that was involved in the refinancing process.

This was my second time using them, and it went well as usual. They were professional and readily available whenever I had questions or concerns.
