+ -1 moreMichael was great. He did the estimate & the job in the same day, was meticulous about his work, & was extremely pleasant through what turned out to be a lengthy process. He even cleaned the dust out from under my fridge & helped me fix a dryer vent I had been struggling with for no extra charge. He will be my go-to for all appliance issues from here on out.
Description of Work: Michael removed a 23-year-old dishwasher & installed a new dishwasher.

+ -1 moreI received a quick response to my call for service. Repairman was a little late for the first appointment, but he called to let me know he would be late. After an inspection, he secured the replacement part that was needed and the work was performed quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: The downspout in my bathtub had corroded and there was a hole in it. Rapid Repair replaced the downspout with a new one.
