I called for a quote and was asking about stairs. He asked me what type of stairs they were and as soon as I started answering he started talking over me. I waited until he finished his question (are they open stairs?) And started replying again and he again start's talking over me! I say I can't answer you if you keep talking over me so he says good bye and hangs up! Rude.
