We were first-time home buyers and we knew we would need a professional we could count on for the process. We scheduled meetings with two Realtors and after meeting with both, Randy Kassa of Randall Properties was our choice by a landslide. During our first meeting with him he amazed us with the passion and fire he possesses in addition to his confidence and knowledge of Realty. He has over 31 years of experience and you can tell that he still loves his career. We quickly learned that we made the right choice. He has always made himself available to fit our schedule and has even kindly escorted us in his vehicle to showings to eliminate any possible stresses of finding the homes. Randy made us feel like we were his most important clients each time we met. He constantly presented printouts to us of new listings that fit our criteria, and responded to our endless questions with a wealth of knowledge he was happy to share. All arrangements were made smoothly and negotiations with the sellers could not have gone better. Always dressed to impress with the personality to match. We are anxious to spread the word of this amazing Realtor. We are so happy with the home he has found for us! It's almost a shame that house-buying isn't a more frequent event!
