+ 0 moreInitially the project was held up by the weather - rain, rain and more rain. Then it was delayed because of the remodeling work another company was doing on the rear of the home. But, when the roofers finally were able to come, the work was done efficiently and there were no problems.
Description of Work: Flooring on 2 exterior 2nd floor porches needed to be torn out & replaced. New railings were installed on each. A flat roof was torn off and completely replaced, along with siding of the chimney on that portion of the roof. Finally flashing was installed on the roof edges around the entire home.
