Radtke Contracting LLC

When Radtke Contractors started work on the house next door, they parked a trailer in my front yard, without permission. On my first interaction, I let it be, because I wanted this house next door to be fixed up to improve our property value. When it came time for me to be able to access my driveway, due to needing to park my trailer in my driveway and needing access to my front yard to back the trailer in, I went over asked the guy who was flipping the house to have the trailer removed. I let them have over a week to remove the trailer. The trailer sat there for a few days, come the weekend, the trailer still had not been moved. I again talked to him again, and was informed the trailer would be move Weds. It is now a week later, and the trailer still hasn't been moved. Overall, it was 2 1/2 weeks before the trailer was removed. It took me talking to the actually contractor in charge of the job, Radtke Contractors, on Sunday morning. The trailer was finally moved on Monday morning, 9/8/14. All and all I am very upset with the interaction I had. I was unable to get my trailer into my driveway on Sunday and my lawn is also damaged from their trailer sitting there for a few weeks. All I wanted was for Radtke Contractors was to admit their wrong and apologize, and also to have asked for permission to park their trailer in my yard.
