Our basement remodel experience with Property ReVision was beyond anything we could have expected. The communication throughout the process was incredible and they responded almost immediately to every question or concern we had along the way. Each of the crafts people they used were as professional and friendly as I've ever seen, and I work in the commercial construction industry. The level of detail and craftsmanship is beyond reproach. We went from 1,000 SF of empty space to a completely finished basement including a bedroom, bathroom, rec area, music room, wet bar, and new HVAC zone in exactly 10 weeks. I'm officially giving Property ReVision 15 stars here! Having built 3 homes and finished 2 basements in the last 30 years of marriage, we can say that Property ReVision has been the *best* contractor we've ever worked with. The process was as perfect as it could get. Every aspect of Property ReVision is top-notch...Communication, the Design Team (shout-out to Chari & Amber), the Construction Management software (CoConstruct) used that organizes & shows all aspects of the project, & the ability to manage the project to ensure it flows & finishes on time. Property ReVision has all its specialties in-house (HUGE plus)...their own plumbers, painters, electricians, etc, so no reliance on outside sub-contractors! And, the Project Manager is one of the owners, ensuring quality control and high standards met. The positive culture at Property ReVision starts at the top with integrity-filled owners, Justin & Jason. That makes for happy employees who show up wanting to do their best for the customer to ensure not just their satisfaction but their happiness! We could NOT be more pleased! Property Revision recently finished our basement and exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Remarkable company to work with! This was the first large scale project that my wife and I have completed so we were apprehensive about the entire process in the beginning. The second we met with Justin and Kessler, these feelings went away. From the very beginning, the professional demeanor of everyone in the organization was evident. All of their contractors were extremely polite (Family with 3 young kids) and made us feel comfortable with allowing them into our house. Everyone introduced themselves and were more than willing to address any questions or concerns we had. The design process was flawless with Chari and Amber; they came up with a wonderful design and some truly creative uses for our space. The quality of the work was spectacular and we feel as though the project was done efficiently and meticulously. The end result is nothing short of amazing. Thank you for being a honest and trustworthy organization.

Our project included finishing around 1300 square feet of space with a bar, media area, bathroom, bedroom w/ egress, and work out area. We would highly recommend Property ReVision to anyone looking for a home renovation--large or small. We worked with them for our recent basement renovation and are so happy with the results. Jason, our project manager, was a great communicator and very professional. They worked within our budget and were flexible when we wanted to do parts of the project ourselves. Their on-staff carpenters were particularly friendly and great to work with. All of their staff and subs were more than happy to follow COVID safety precautions while doing work in our home.

They started 2 weeks early, but the finish date didn't changed, due to having to wait for some items, but we were still able to use the kitchen before they finished. Paul kept me informed as to what was going on and everyone was quite courteous. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. I just love my new kitchen and would certainly hire Property ReVision again, if I ever need another room done!

It was quick, easy and on budget! Working with Paul was great. He will literally get anything you need, whenever you need it. We will definitely be calling back for our next project!

I have remodeled my Kitchen and Bathroom with Property Revision. Paul Schuessler and Brittany O’Connor were amazing. I never felt any pressure. We felt like a team working together to make it an enjoyable experience. No conflict or change order was an issue. All issues were worked through with calm experience. I never felt any frustration. Paul was fantastic to go the extra mile with additional work needed, like trimming off a window, door and replacing lights. He made sure the cabinets and counter tops were perfect. Brittany also was fantastic with and wonderful help to pick out the look I desired. She guided me through different designs, picking in the end one I love. Sometimes communication with remodels is a problem, but not here. Courteous, always calling to say when coming over and always available on phone to help with my different ideas! Everyone at Property Revision was super...from the carpenters to the electrician to the plumber, to the finisher and especially Amber the designer!!! I would hire them in a second if/when I need anything else done. They were on time, very nice, and easy to work with. The prices were up front and on par. We added a wet bar and a few upgrades such as a granite countertop, and raw edge bar top...which added to the total...

I had many contractors in to look at my basement idea, however no one was willing to work with both my budget and visions like Jason and Kesler at Property Revision. Jason was consistently managing my project, and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The result was a beautiful new living space and recreational area.

While everyone said that a complete house remodel would be one of the most difficult ventures that myself and my family did, the team at Property ReVision made it as painless as possible. Every person we had contact with were professional and extremely knowledgeable about their area of expertise. During projects like this, changes to scope are inevitable and can lead to problems. Not with the folks from Property ReVision. They handled them in stride and made the entire project smooth. They also made suggestions throughout the project to enhance the final product.

I can not recommend Property Revision enough! Jason and his team did an amazing and beautiful job with complete basement remodel. We could not be happier with the results delivered by the Property Revision team! We had many concerns when we began looking for a partner to work with on our basement renovation. Between the financial investments, the unknown impact of the project on your day-to-day life and the horror stories you hear/read while researching prospective firms the selection process is a stressful experience. After meeting with several companies, we ultimately decided to work with Property Revision. The project is now complete and we can tell everyone that Property Revision was outstanding to work with. Jason and his team delivered on every commitment they made. The project management was exceptional! The quick response to questions we had throughout the project was impressive. Additionally, project cost was kept on an easy to use app which allowed us to see the real time impact of each decision we made. As we made product and design selections the cost impact was always easy to review. Jason and Amber always put options in front of us that allowed the opportunity to find the choice that met our wants in the most affordable way. On the design side, Amber, was very helpful; she listened to what we wanted and helped us make decisions that would best utilize the space we had. Amber, has an awesome eye for design, color and layouts. Another highlight of working with Property Revision was the reassurance we felt in seeing the same team of people working at the house throughout the project. Every person who worked at our house was friendly, professional and never left the work area in disarray. The basement rec area is amazing, we added a full bathroom and we managed to maintain quite a bit of storage area. There was very little impact to our day-to-day lives once the work began. Any time we did have a concern, Jason, addressed and resolved it immediately. This team did a great job making this a positive experience for our family. The owner Jason and his staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Working with them was easy and they finished within the time frame and budget they gave me at the beginning of the project. Jason was very involved with the project and he checked in with me on a regular basis to make sure everything was to our liking.
