Procision Painting & Finishing LLC

needed my chimney painted - on a very steep rooftop. Procision came out and geave me an estimate of $250. THe actual job took longer than expected requiring the painter ( who was very courteous and an overall nice guy) to come back the next day. i expected the bill to be higher than the estimate, as the job was more complicated than originally thought- but the bill remained $25o. The painter was punctual, professional and cleaned up immediately.

I chose Procision on the basis of their Angie's List reviews and their price. They were not the cheapest bid I received, but I felt they offered the best service at a competitive price. My experience with Dave, the sales guy, was great. He is very personable and not at all salesman-y. His bid was detailed and professional, and he was very responsive. The painters were outstanding. They did a great job prepping the house, and didn't leave a chip of old paint on the ground. They were meticulous in the application of the new paint, and they cleaned up thoroughly every night. I can't speak highly enough about them. They even did some carpentry, replacing some rotten shingles and trim. All of their work was absolutely top-notch. Way above my expectations. My one complaint was with the scheduler, Jamie. On at least three occasions, he gave me a date on which the work would begin. Each time, no one showed up. This was during a period of heat and rain, so I can understand the need to postpone due to factors outside Procision's control. However, he should have called to notify me and to reschedule. Instead, I had to call him. I would advise anyone that chooses Procision to actively check in on their status and not rely on Jamie to keep you up to date with regard to scheduling. That said, I would not discourage anyone from using Procision on Jamie's account. It would be a disservice to Dave and the painters to do so, and they really do great work.

The company was extremely responsive and professional from the beginning. The actual painters were very thorough, hard working, efficient, responsive to special requests.

Everything was completed as explained in the estimate and we are very happy with this company.

They finished one project last week and they are going to be doing a total of three projects. The work was very good. They paid attention to what they were doing and they worked hard. They got done when they said they would be done.

A very friendly representative came, spent nearly an hour examining the job, promised an estimate within a day or two, and was never heard from again. Too bad--he seemed like a very good guy, but there was absolutely no follow-up. I guess we fell through the cracks.

We had to delay the first scheduled time for the job due to time conflicts with other projects at home. I had a hard time getting in touch with their work coordinator to reschedule the work. Once they came they were very professional and did a good job. They even put two coats of paint on the ceiling when the contract only required one.

They were extremely responsive thru the entire process. There were some issues with the quality of the job but they came back very quickly and corrected the issues.

We liked them at the time. They did a nice job. They had a good selection of paints. They matched colors pretty good. They were customer friendly. They provided swatches so you could see what it looked like after it dried. When they came out they got the job done quite quickly. It wasn't just a small business, it was like a company. We would certainly consider them in the future.

They were suppose to come out on Sept. 10th at 10:00 a.m. to give me an estimate. I rearranged my schedule to be there and they never showed up.

They did a beautiful job but it took them longer that they thought. It is up on the roof and not easy to do; it is very steep. The estimator has quoted the price and said no problem. When the guy came to do the work, he was like whoa and I said yeah. They charged me the price that was estimated. I was very, very happy. He was very professional, punctual and courteous. I would absolutely call them again.

Worst experience ever! We had Dave - the sales director came to our house for a quote to paint our nursery on a Friday. He said he would drop off the estimate in the mail Saturday/Monday so we can make a decision fairly soon. A week and half went by, never heard a thing from him or the company. I called to follow up. Spoke to someone on the phone and explained the situaion. He promised that Dave would personally call me back the next day and took all my contact information again. Another week came and went - still no answer. I called Dave's direct line several times and left messages - never even got a call back to say either way! After 4 -5 calls I gave up. Why should I try so hard to spend my money with someone who doesn't want it? The fact that this company just doesn't provide estimates after an in-home consultation and doesn't return any of its customer's calls - it's beyond my imagination.

Entire team, including Jessie, Camarino, and his crew were a pleasure to work with.

They did an excellent job. Cam was the major painter, he was professional, courteous, gave great suggestions, the job was finished as scheduled. He did a beautiful job of painting. Very very satisfied.

Since I was pleased with my recent prior experience with ProCision, I wanted to use them again. I was able to have our basement and a bedroom scheduled to be painted within a few weeks. The painting and drywall repair was wonderful. My only comment would be that since only one painter worked on the job it took three full days from start to finish. Not a huge problem, as both rooms were not routinely occupied, but it would have been nice to know. The painter was extremely courteous and neat.

When we called them for an initial appointment, they were very polite, prompt in setting a meeting date and showed up on time as promised. They toured our house as I told them of the scope of work and they asked questions for clarification. The estimate they submitted was very thorough and complete (best of the 3 bids I received). All three men were very polite and easy to talk with. I felt completely comfortable leaving them alone in our house as my wife and me went to work each day. Their quotation for the job was not the cheapest but less than 2 of the quotes I received. I would highly recommend them.

The work started out good, but it didn't finish off well. We got a quote for the entire job and everything was broken down as to what was to be completed. Their punctuality wasn't very good. They were finishing up the job and shutters weren't painted. They didn't think that it was on the quote, but it was on the quote. They were going to leave without doing the shutters. It was miscommunication I guess, but I didn't think that it was handled very well. I wouldn't use their services in the future.

Dave came to the house at the precise time, estimated the job, was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me with paint color choices and made the process easy for me. Said he'd get a contract to me later that evening, and within an hour and a half I had the contract in an email. Phenomenal service. I had a deadline for job completion and he assured me he would meet it. Dave, Camarino and Jesse (company owners) did all the work themselves, working five full days and (with our permission) through a weekend. They were cheerful, hard-working, careful, respectful and skilled. I felt completely at ease with them working in my home whether we were there or not. We have a dog and they didn't mind that he roamed the house while they worked. Each day they asked if anything needed to be touched up, making sure the work was done to our sastifaction. They were careful, neat and made sure none of our belongings were damaged. The biggest issue with painting (for me) is the "cutting in" at the ceiling line and Dave is an experienced, talented painter - he has a steady hand and a keen eye, and I am amazed with the end result. Finished 2 days ahead of schedule! My home is beautiful. When they packed up their ladders and tarps I felt a little sad... like friends were leaving our home. The paint colors, with Dave and Jesse's guidance, look fabulous. I would recommend ProCision to anyone. Great work, guys, and worth every penny!

They were wonderful. First of all, they were here when they were supposed to be, and they didn’t cut corners. They painted over aluminum siding and power-washed it twice. When they got to a certain section of the house, it was still not clean enough, and so they had to do it a third time, even though the contract only calls for it twice. The price was good too. They were unobtrusive, and they left no mess whatsoever. They wouldn’t even come in the house to use the bathroom. We offered them the option but they explained that the company doesn’t allow them because there might be paint on their shoes and clothes and they might get it onto something in the house. They were incredibly considerate and I was very happy with them. We had some questions about how to store the leftover paint. One of the supervisors came out, brought us a couple of buckets and assured us that we could store the paint in them. We had an excellent experience with them. The job looks as good as when they did it. We have referred our neighbors to them.

Work was done in a thorough and professional manner.

When I saw ProCision on Angie's list I did not consider them at first because we live in S.E. New Berlin and they are in West Bend. The trim on our home had not been painted in 9 years. I called ProCision after seeing them working on another home in our area and liking what I saw. Dave came out as scheduled and gave us an estimate and answered our questions. I called Dave back several weeks later and made some minor changes to what we wanted painted and he adjusted his bid. We were having other work done around our house and ProCision worked with us in scheduling. Ricky and his crew arrived as scheduled and did a very nice job. They masked and used tarps to protect things. Before they left everyday they cleaned up after themselves.

Their work was very good. I got a mailing from them. I called them up. They were very very professional in terms of their follow up. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They followed up a couple of times after their initial visit. They encouraged me to join Angie’s List to investigate them, which I did. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They did a very good job at a very fair price. I’m very pleased with them.
