We had rented this space earlier than anticipated and needed the carpet cleaned as soon as possible so we could start moving in. After talking to Miguel on the phone (which he called me back promptly), he wanted to look over the office to make sure he could give an accurate quote. We arranged to meet the next day. Because we were in a hurry, Miguel squeezed us in by offering to do the cleaning later into the evening if neccessary. He was extremely accomodating and professional. The job took longer than he anticipated as there were stains and spots from the previous renter that were hard to remove and the commercial carpet had no padding, which makes it more difficult to work with. He and his wife Dena worked diligently to do the job right, still insisting on giving us the 'first time customer' discount.
