We have used them before, and we really like them. They do good work and give good customer service.

I've used this company several times in the past. They always make the process easy for me. The price is a little more expensive than other mechanics, but it's worth it for the quality of the work. Overall, I'm satisfied with their services.

I used them for the timing belt replacement at 100K as well. Crisp professional and did a great job. HOWEVER when I called for a bid they told me $899. The actual price was almost $1,100.... apparently it needed a few more little things at the same time as the timing belt. This happened with the first timing belt replacement also. If you are price sensitive you need to ask for a not to exceed estimate. All that being said the belt replacement was still close to half what the dealer would have charged. I'll be back at 300K

They were excellent and timely. Everything was scheduled and the budget was on track. There were no surprises. The price was kind of high but it was covered by the insurance company. It really mattered as to where I got the work done.

I was able to walk in and get an estimate. My overall time spent was 30 minutes. I ended up using a different shop because they had a better price and could get the work done sooner.

They did a good job. They were able fix the problems. They even found some other issues corrected those as well. I would highly recommend them.

I have had two experiences with them. They were timely. They are very professional and their craftsmanship is outstanding. Their professionalism is something that I have never experienced before in an auto body shop. I liked the personal care and concern that they had. I liked the professional way in which they handled the conversation about the problems and what my expectations would be. So I felt that they did an outstanding job. It was just a perfect experience. Most people don?t do that on a daily basis. They really treat you like a human being and don?t take advantage of you. I highly recommend them. They charged about $2500 for the hail damage and a couple of hundred dollars for the bumper damage. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

They were super informative from when we first dropped it off (when we called one of the managers to tell him we were bringing in the car on a Sunday afternoon) to when they were working on it, when they told us by phone when they thought it would be done. When it was done, they called us. Once we picked up the car (and were very pleased with their work), they gave us the warranty, two cookies, a message pad, and a screwdriver. They called the next day just to check whether we were satisfied with their job.

We received a detailed estimate of work to be done and cost. Everything happened promptly and efficiently

My experience was fabulous. This is a company that truly understands wonderful customer service. Every person I encountered at this company was kind, understanding, patient, professional and interested in making sure I have a good experience in working them.

I had a very positive experience overall with Prestige. I was able to stop in and received an estimate within 15 mins. I dealt with Chris and he was great to work with. He outlined everything very thoroughly, was able to squeeze me in within a few days and finished in exactly the stated time. A co-worker had dealt with Chris when he had repairs performed at Prestige and also was very pleased with the quality of both the staff and the work done on his vehicle. I was very pleased with the quality of the work! Plus they completely detailed my vehicle and it looked terrific. I would highly recommend them and would use them again without hesitation.

The office, waiting area, and staff professionalism were very impressive -- even surpassed the glowing reviews on Angie's List. I will definitely go here for auto body work if needed in the future.

Great - Prestige Autoworks arranged everything. We were in an accident the day before we were due to move houses. They arranged collection, repair and coordinated with us in our new location. You can't tell that the vehicle was damaged.

The work done was excellent. The whole experience was wonderful. The people were professional and knew their business, the facility was very clean and professional looking. They fixed my car in a very timely manner, they handled all the claims through my insurance. My car was cleaned both inside and out before I picked it up. My car rides smoother and rattles less than it did when it was brand new! I would highly recommend this company for any body work that you might need. They were delightful to do business with.

They did an initial estimate, and were very friendly/helpful, but the insurance company's appraiser went to the wrong location, so it took a week or two for the insurance company and the bodyshop to come to an agreement for the price of repairs. The work took a long time, since there was a lot to be done, but they did an excellent job and even popped out a few pre-existing dents that weren't covered by insurance. (We'll be going back to have the pre-existing dents repaired at a later date.) The car looked great when we got it back. They really helped take the pain out of a very stressful event.

They are very prompt and very helpful. They explained the whole process very clearly and have very good communication. They did a very good job at fixing my car.

Prestige Autoworks told us their hours, and we went in at lunch time with the vehicle. The owner came out and explained the work he thought would be required and promised a full estimate within 24 hours. We got that call the next day, and they began work. We got a call 3 days later updating us with the progress (it was on schedule) and the choice of auto parts. They explained the insurance requirements as I had questions. We received a call on the 12th day to say that it was ready (2 days ahead of the promise delivery), and we picked up the vehicle. Another full explanation was provided at pick-up and away we went. Very pleasant.

Surprisingly easy to get in and get an estimate. Efficient scheduling. It's nice to know some businesses still believe in the importance of customer service. They made the entire process painless. The chocolate in the waiting room is a bonus. They even provide entertainment for children.

The estimate took about 30 minutes, including the waiting time. They were very friendly and took extra time to explain the work that would need to be done. If anything they were too thorough with the work planned. Removing the glass and trim on the panel to be painted is above and beyond what I would have expected. If I cared about the repair being perfect, I would go with these guys. It is a leased vehicle, so I wanted a quick & cheap fix. PAWs is more expensive than the competition, but I think they really are detailed with what they do.

The entire experience was very pleasant and easy. Went to Prestige for a quote. Quote was given and a appointment was set-up. Prestige agreed to pick-up the vehicle at a local dealer as it was closer. They set up a rental car from enterprise and had it waiting for me at the dealer. They completed the above mentioned work within the $ amount and time they quoted. The vehicle was dropped off at the dealer along with the rental car. The entire process was super easy and pleasant. The entire interior and exterior of the vehicle was detailed.

Fabulous place! I took my truck in for a ten-minute estimate. They scheduled my repair date and arranged for a rental to be delivered when I dropped my truck off. As promised, I dropped off my truck and picked up the rental at their shop. Three days later, also as promised, I picked up my truck, which had been meticulously cleaned both inside and out. They had even removed garage paint that wasn't anywhere near the site of the repaired damage. This is the third time I've used Prestige for repairs, and they've proven superior in every aspect of their service. The whole experience was luxurious, from the well-appointed waiting room, through the personal treatment by the team, to the spit-polish condition of my completed vehicle. This is the place the moneyed folk come for repairs, but you'd never know it by looking at the bill. I'm actually saddened that the one business I consider a great experience to patronize takes a rare catastrophe to visit. Truly a professional enterprise.

Very professional. I arrived without an appointment and was able to receive an estimate in about 20 minutes. Very honest in communicating that repairing the damage was not a good investment due to the age of the vehicle and cost of repair.

THIS IS A GREAT BODY SHOP. IT'S CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL, YET THE PEOPLE WERE STILL VERY FRIENDLY AND CONCERNED. THEY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SERVE MY NEEDS, EVEN HAVING TO MOVE THEIR SCHEDULE AROUND TO ACCOMMODATE ME AT SHORT NOTICE. WHEN OUT NEIGHBORS BACKED INTO OUR VAN, THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDED PAW. THEY GAVE US THE BEST QUOTE FOR THE WORK AND OFFERED THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE'VE HAD FOR AUTO WORK. THEY DID THIS REPAIR IN AS CONVENIENT A WAY AS POSSIBLE, OFFERED A RIDE TO AND FROM WORK THE DAY OF THE SERVICE, AND EVEN TOUCHED UP SOME UNRELATED SCRATCHES ON THE VAN FOR FREE. WHEN WE GOT HOME THEY'D LEFT A JAR OF TOUCH-UP PAINT FOR US TO USE AS WELL, AND HAD COMPLETELY DETAILED THE INTERIOR. CHRIS ZDROIK, OUR SERVICE MANAGER, DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
