Premier Water Heaters

Excellent. My water heater died Sunday evening. Premier Water Heaters had a new 12 year Rheem at my house by 2PM the next day. Installers were very professional and had the old water heater removed and the new one installed in about 2 hours.

He was friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and efficient. Pricing was extremely fair which I never equated to plumbing before. Definitely a keeper for plumbing!

Joe was amazing. Super nice, informative and the price....Best in town!! This was the first time Ive ever had to replace a water heater and I was a nervous wreck. He took the time to show me how everything worked. Super greatful for his work and would definitely recommend Joe and Premier Water Heaters to anyone that nees work.

The insulation of the new water heater was extraordinary. It was done in a timely fashion. And the overall pricing on the hot water heater insulation and taking away the old hot water was outstanding.

When my hot water heater died on Tuesday afternoon, Joe was a lifesaver being the first contractor to contact me at 10:00 in the evening when most of the contractors didn't even bother calling. Joe explained all the options I had for replacement of the water heater in a very professional manner. The workers were going to be here between 11:00 and 1:00 and they were here promptly at 12:00. Did an excellent job of replacing hot water heater that was in a difficult corner of the basement, even having to move the washer and dryer out of the way. The technicians did a wonderful job and even corrected some piping that was done wrong the last time at no additional charge. Will definitely use them again when the other hot water heater goes out in my duplex

Joe and his staff are amazing. I’d give 10 stars if I could. They have always accommodated to work on weekends as well as in emergency situations without fail. I have used them for multiple installations. Joe is extremely knowledgeable and his workmanship is of superior quality. Eye for detail is impeccable and competitive/fair pricing for quality work performed. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the organization and how kind Joe is…always smiling always happy. Everything was great! After contacting the business, Joe sent a message with all of the info that I would need to make an informed decision. The young men who came to the house were very nice and professional. They contacted me to set up a time for installation and arrived right on time. The job was done professionally, and I am completely satisfied with the result. The old water heater was taken away, and the area is clean and tidy. Everything was explained to me regarding use and care of the water heater, and who to call in the event of a problem. I would definitely recommend Premier Water Heaters for their great customer service , work ethic and fair prices.

Experience was good.

It was very good. They gave me some information I didn't know and they actually did a very good job. It was quick. I waited a week to do the review to make sure everything works and nothing leaks. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

NOTE: Price is for 12yr warranty water heater AND moving the heater to a new location. Joe was very responsive and friendly, answering questions honestly and definitely driven to do quality work. I asked if we could place the water heater in a different location than the original one - the opposite side of the chimney - and, after a short negotiation, we scheduled a time a week later for him to come out and do the work (since it would take longer). Unfortunately, the next day my old water heater failed, so I called them up to see if we could move up the appointment. He was booked for the week, but kindly offered to come in and do the work on Sunday. Truly above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed at both the work and responsiveness. Price was very good too.

Jim did an outstanding job. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. My wife and I could not have asked for a better service from Premier Water Heaters. Jim installed a water heater on a Saturday morning and had the old one out and the new one in within 1 and 1/2 hours. Amazing. One cannot go wrong using Premier Water Heaters for any type of water heater problems/repairs/installation.

Joe did a fantastic job! Very knowledgeable, very professional. Explained everything to me - even potential problems ( very old pipes, the old heater was 43 yrs old). But he explained everything they would do to mitigate any issues and to expect a little rust in the water from the pipes when I first use the new heater. While they have a unique -no markup- approach to their installation- that surely is not evident in their excellent service, timeliness, and quality work. I would definitely recommend. Less
