Precision Lawn & Landscape

I found this company on Groupon...I was hesitant to purchase, but the price was too good to not take advantage. However, they have poor customer service! Knowing I had a fenced yard on which I kept the gates locked (so dogs cannot escape), I called to set up an appointment. They said they'd call back after they got the list from Groupon. They never called back, just showed up and did just the front yard because the gates to the backyard were locked (surprise...). The work they did was good, but trying to get a hold of them was next to impossible with message after message (voicemail or contacting through their website) going unanswered. I sure hope this is a case of a small company that was overwhelmed by the response to their Groupon not how they go about business everyday, but I will never use this company again.
