Arranged with PCS for Cory Gabor of PCS to meet with me to discuss and plan major renovations to a house in Cedarburg Wisconsin. The appointment was for 12.00 noon 03 /21 /14. This was confirmed in an e mail from PCS. No one showed up.

This past Fall we we're hoping to do some updating and decided on our roof and basement before Winter came. I did some extensive research online and found PCS on another online review website and crosschecked them with the BBB. I was very happy with the reviews and ratings and gave them a call on a Tuesday. By Wednesday, I already had my roof estimate and Mike (the owner) had taken measurements and pictures for the basement and after we sat down to discuss what I wanted he said he'd get back to me in two days with final numbers and drawings. In two days I was happy to get a call from him since he stuck to his word, and the price was definitely reasonable. I enjoyed the estimate with Mike, since he educated me along the way, but was open to what I wanted in the basement. I was also very surprised, but pleased, at how quickly they were able to come out and finish by roof estimate. The both jobs started about two weeks later after a small down payment for his materials (shingles and paint). The roof was done in under a week, and they did a great job cleaning. I couldn't find any nails after they left. I'm not a roof expert, but the roof and gutters looked great, and my neighbor (who knows roofs) said it was very high quality, which made me feel good. The basement job was a multistage project so it took a little longer. They workers were all very clean and respectful, and didn't leave a mess in the halls at the end of the day. They tore down our existing paneling in the basement and added new supports, drywall and finally sprayed the entire basement with two different colors (ceiling and walls). The paint looked great, and we're all happy with the finished product. All-in-all my experience with Mike and PCS was fantastic. I would strongly recommend them for roofing and painting and plan to use them if we decide to go forward with another project.

I was referred to PCS by my Sister-in-law over the summer after they redid her bathroom. She told me they were pretty fair on the price but, she was happy since they fixed some problems another carpenter caused (their neighbor). A few months ago I called them to paint all of our bedrooms and our finished basement. The owner was very nice, and stopped by throughout the project to make sure everything was going well. Overall, the project went really nicely and I thought all of the painters were very polite.
