Description of Work: GAVE AN ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE, SAID WOULD GET PERMIT FOR HER AND NEVER SHOWED. TRIED TO SAY THAT HE CALLED, WHEN DID NOT HE SAID THAT HE LEFT A MESSAGE ON HER MACHINE WHEN HE DID NOT. SHE WAITED ALL DAY FOR HIM AND HE NEVER SHOWED UP.
