+ -1 moreTHE HOUSE (1950 2 FAMILY RANCH) NEEDED TO BE BROUGHT UP TO CODE AND THE WIRING WAS ALL CROSSED AND REVERSED. NO ONE HAS LIVED IN THE BACK SECTION IN OVER 20 YEARS. HE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING IN WORKING WITH A 2 FAMILY UPGRADE AND REVIEWING A HOUSE THAT WAS BUILT IN 1921 AND REQUIRES RENOVATING.
Description of Work: REWIRED THE BASEMENT WIRING, INSTALLED 2 CIRCUIT BREAKER BOXES AND 2 METER BOXES. HE INSTALLED 2 REVERSIBLE CEILING FANS IN THE FRONT 2 BEDROOMS. REMOVED 4 VENT MOTORS TO REPLACE THEM FOR 2 BATHROOMS AND 2 KITCHENS. HE CAME UP WITH A PLAN TO UPDATE THE ELECTRICAL WORK IN A 3-CAR GARAGE.
