Definitely cleaned the rug and enhanced the color. Pet urine stains could not be removed, but the rug no longer smelled like urine, which was much appreciated!

I picked them up shortly after getting a call that the rugs were ready to be picked up. I was very impressed with the result. Their colors had come back to life and had a nice glossy finish.

The bare spot was hand woven and it is impossible to pick out from the rest of the rug. The cleaning makes the rug look so much more vivid and beautiful. Absolutely beautiful rugs! I went in looking for one and ended up with two -- the beauty and deals were just too good to pass up. Hemad was very knowledgeable and patient, pulling out rug after rug for me to look at and even allowed me to take home several to try out with my furniture. I consider my purchases pieces of handmade original art. Final assessment -- don't even bother looking anywhere else.

Spent hours with us in shop helping us decide on 3 carpets. Very knowledgable on mid-eastern carpet. Brought 3 carpets we picked out to our home so we could see each in setting. Very patient, courteous. We purchased one carpet and love it

Hamid was punctual, I didn't have to carry any rugs. He brought helpers who lifted and carried rugs. Rugs were beautifully cleaned (like new) and padding felt great. He placed them back where they belonged. Will have him come back again.

The cleaning is so good. It's all done by hand, no chemicals or harsh soaps. The technique is old but the carpet came back looking and feeling like new. Then we got to talking about some of many carpets in the showroom. Hamid , the owner, patiently answered every question and showed real knowledge of the carpet making process and the the places where they're made The prices are great, about half the cost of similar rugs I've seen in some other shops. Came away feeling like I had learned how to be a discerning buyer of Persian carpets and got a great deal

Hamid did such an excellent job cleaning the nail polish stain and replacing a few trim pieces, we plan on having him do a runner on our stairs and buy an additional rug from his collection without shopping around. His responsiveness was excellent and he returned the rug much earlier than expected.

Very happy with the service. The crew removed the rug after moving furniture. It was brought to their shop where rather extensive repairs were made to the rug over a period of ablout 6 months. The rug was brought back to the house and restored to its original position requiring moving heavy furniture. The carpet looks great.

Whomever I talked with at the store, they were most professional and pleasant to deal with, I would not hesitate to have them do more work for me or recommend them to someone else. When I spoke with the owner of the store he was able to explain what repairs would be done and why the particular work needed to be done. I appreciated his honesty about the work and why they would need a certain amount of time to do the work properly.
