bathtub refinishing
 + -1 moreOverall, it was excellent! I communicated with Jim numerous times over the phone. Although I know he is busy, he always took ample time to communicate with me and answered my questions thoroughly. I was very impressed with the communication I had with him. He arrived right on time and got the job done in the time he had estimated. He even took time during the process to explain to me what he was doing. The end product is amazing. He noted a small area that would be unrecognizable to us, but that he was not 100% satisfied and cut $50 from the price. Whatever it was, it was not noticeable to me - and I notice small details. He did great clean-up and follow through to tell me how to maintain the tub. He guarantees his work and it is well worth the cost.
Description of Work: The bathtub was in bad shape with erosion from water and rust and uncleanable stains. Jim patched the eroded area and re-glazed the entire tub. It looks new.
