HORRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!!! Performance Asset Management (PAM) had failed to contact us for two months about an infestation in our rental unit. PAM is a TERRIBLE company. The way they do business and handle resident communication is severely lacking! We have had a pest infestation since the end of July that forced us to be displaced from our rental unit. They only started contacting us once we stopped paying rent because we are not able to live there due to the infestation. To this day the rental unit is still infested. We were forced to move out of our rental unit due to the infestation. We have three little ones, and it was not safe for us to be living there anymore. We tried working this out with them and their response to us was denying there is an infestation. We have proof! So, I guess our only option is to take legal action against all involved parties, companies, and individuals.
