The saleswoman at the store was extremely knowledgeable. She let us walk through the store and didn't keep bothering us every 10minutes like they tend to do in other stores. She answered all the questions we had, but was not pushy about anything. Because the employees work on commission, we made sure on our return visit to ask for her. She sent us emails with photos of 2 different groupings we were thinking about. She explained how we could pick out the stain color of the wood, the hardware for the drawers, etc. We were also able to pick a bed from a different grouping that still blended well with the other furniture we had chosen. They also shortened the headboard. We had to wait a couple of months for the all the furniture to be delivered because it is all handmade and from the USA. :) A definite plus. The 2 deliverymen were excellent. Very friendly, neat, and didn't hesitate to listen to where we would like our pieces placed in the room. We even called Penny Mustard to make sure they knew what excellent guys they had working for them. Also, the quality is really great. A postcard was mailed to us with instructions to have a piece of wood engraved, a wood plaque, to personalize our furniture. It was an unexpected gesture. Really unique.

We had been "eyeing" this furniture for 2 years. In the meantime, we went to nearly every furniture store in the Milwaukee area and many in Chicago. Nothing compared to the quality of PM Bedroom Gallery furniture. This is furniture that will last a lifetime. There is much flexibility in choosing your furniture---from the stain to the hardware to the actual construction (drawers). If you appreciate quality, service, and workmanship, you will get what you pay for. We had trouble with one of the large pieces fitting through our bedroom door and the delivery people did everything to make it happen. They eventually did so with no damage to the furniture or our walls. We are very pleased and plan on purchasing another bed and possibly baby furniture from the store.

If you are looking for furniture and will last this is the place to go. The first time we went there we were just looking. My husband likes to make sure he has shopped around before making a purchase. But when the salesman told us that the furniture was made by craftsmen in Wisconsin I knew we were gong to buy a bed that day! This is solid wood furniture. There is no comparison when you shop other stores and look at veneer or particle board. The sales people are knowledgeable and are not at all pushy. Delivery was convenient. Price may be more than others; but you get what you pay for.

Were told it would take 4 months to get, so we waited, then we were told it would take another month because the maker was behind, so we waited. The bed was delivered this weekend and it was fine, except the side cleat was damaged. We informed the delivery guy and called in the complaint. We were notified that a new side would be given to us, not just a replacement cleat, which was great.

Deb Alvarado was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and spent extra time with us to ensure my daughter got a bed to meet her needs and my budget. The delivery and set up was free of charge and at a time convenient to me. They even held the bed an extra 2 weeks so carpet could be installed in that bedroom. The delivery men were professional, courteous and respectful of our home and furniture. I commend all staff for their excellent service. The bed is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend PM bedroom Gallery. Costs a bit more than your wholesale establishments, but the beauty, workmanship, sturdiness and customer service is well worth it.
