Orkin Pest Control

We are on a plan with them. We've had no problems with them. They come when they say they will. They come out and spray every quarter. It takes about 20 - 30 minutes and they leave the area spotless. They are very professional as well as friendly.

We?ve been with Orkin for many many years now. We were just on a regular maintenance service with them. They come every month now and I think they usually they come the middle of the month. It is $92 a month for the summer months. They are very very good.

They came out and gave us the wrong estimate. They told us we had carpenter ants and really we have termites. Their diagnoses is incorrect.

It wasn't that great. I wouldn't recommend them to others. They would come and do the treatments and after we checked for a while we found a hornet nest inside the house and they never found it even after I mentioned about it. They took care of it after I called them on an emergency visit but you'd think they would have been thorough enough to notice. They didn't communicate very well when they came and did the treatments. They would just spray around the house and leave.

I have a service contract with them. If I have a problem they always answer promptly in addition to their regular visits. They always come right away if I have an unusual problem. I will absolutely continue to use them.

I like that it keeps the bugs out. I don't like that we have to constantly remind the guy to take off his shoes before he comes and walks inside the house. It is the same guy every time. The price is on par; it is average. He is definitely punctual.

.They are pretty good and if you need something before they are due to come back out alls you have to do is call them and they come right out. I may try someone else as I don't like being locked into a year contract.

I liked their ability to schedule quickly and they have good pricing. They also do not have long term contracts and I will use them again in the future.

All signs of bug llife are gone!

I have been using them for a few years and I am very pleased with their services. They sprayed all around the house, starting from the basement. They are very reliable and keep you informed before they come. I like them and will continue to use the same in future.
