Description of Work: Chris and his wife are scam artists, looking for "1/2 up front" to then skip out or shoddily do the work. He poorly started painting, showed up late or not at all, had his teenage son and his friend fill in (they also did a poor job) and then failed to respond altogether. Do not use them for any service more complicated than changing a light bulb, and only pay them after you've verified it actually lights up.
