 + -1 moreTHE CASTER BROKE ON AN OFFICE CHAIR I HAD PURCHASED FROM THEM SEVERAL YEARS AGO. I E-MAILED THEM TO SEE IF THEY COULD FIX IT, AND JASON E-MAILED BACK THAT THEY COULD, AND I SHOULD BRING IT IN. HE WAS UNABLE TO MATCH THE COLOR OF THE CASTER FROM THE STOCK OF PARTS THEY HAD, BUT WITH A GOOD BIT OF EFFORT AND ELBOW GREASE, HE REMOVED THE FAULTY CASTER SPINDLE AND REPLACED IT WITH A CASTER THAT WORKED PERFECTLY. HE GAVE ME A TIP ON HOW TO KEEP THE CASTERS ROLLING BETTER OVERALL, TOO. ALL AT NO CHARGE! THEY STOCK A HUGE SELECTION OF USED OFFICE FURNITURE, MUCH OF WHICH IS BRAND-NAME SUCH AS STEELCASE, INCLUDING DESKS, TABLES, FILE CABINETS AND CHAIRS FOR DESKS AND RECEPTION AREAS. GREAT FOR THE HOME OFFICE OR REC ROOM! OBVIOUSLY, EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR WHAT THEY SELL.
