It went great. O and W arrived on time and worked in a timely fashion. The owner is very knowledgable. He knows his stuff about security and HVAC equipment. I would trust this guy with putting in new equipment.

Mr. Omer Hamdan serviced this high-tech boiler quickly and efficiently. He explained every step of the procedure. He allowed me to look over his shoulder and ask questions. I feel confidant that this boiler will perform properly even during another polar vortex winter. These comments were from a 2014 servicing. For this Aug. 26, 2015 yearly servicing, there was good communication by snail-mail, email and phone. By the time Omer arrived, I knew what procedures would be performed and the cost.

The contractor came promptly. Price was reasonable. Husband decided to wait.

specified work that would be done along with furnace installation. Took over two weeks to complete work. Duct work was never finished and when we asked the owner he said that would be an extra contract and charge. This was never mentioned to us. Very deceptive in pricing. Absolutely took advantage of our trust. He mentioned opening some vents in the drywall . The contract did say furnace installation but he clearly spoke about this other work as part of the job. I was a repeat customer of his and feel he took advantage of that. It was a case of bait and switch . He over promised and under delivered. He was very good at contacting me for payment...but not when I was expecting one of his sub contractors to come. Promised that electrican would come at a certain date. He did not. Omer failed to tell us NOT to expect him. Days were wasted. I

I have used his services for almost 2 years and always been pleased with the service and cost. I will use him again for routine maintenance and problem service. He does plumbing, electrical and appliance servicing. Very honest and reliable...reasonable pricing.

A and W completed the repairs on time, and I was kept well informed of the progress at all time. They a very neat and did a perfect cleanup before leaving.

On time, reasonably priced for amount of time spent and very thorough. Would call again and refer to others.

Omar is really wonderful. He returns phone calls very promptly and listens to the problem. I had to cancel an appointment the day before and he was very nice about re-scheduling. He has been to my home twice and he is always polite, friendly and professional. I plan to contact him when it is time for my furnace tune up. I feel like I now have a and quot;go toand quot; person, not only for my heater and A/C, but for plumbing problems also.er

While he was here I picked his brain about my non functioning gas fireplace, which he offered to fix for $60, when I declined he offered trouble shooting suggestions. If I can't fix it myself, I will be giving them a call back. Also offered was a quick quote for a basement toilet install. Super nice repair guy.
