+ -1 moreJoe from Nu-Town explained in very good detail how he and his crew would complete the refinishing of the woodwork in my home. He was very professional, and seemed quite experienced and knowledgable. However, I did not hear from him for 2 weeks after the initial meeting. He finally called me and explained that he had been involved with a difficult job, and had a funeral to go to, and apologized for not getting in touch sooner. The quote he gave me sounded quite high, was above my budget, so I did not hire his company.
