+ -1 moreJIM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE, AND HARD WORKING. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED BY HIS KNOWLEDGE AND WILLINGNESS TO EXPLAIN THINGS TO US. HE WAS ON TIME AND THE REPORT WAS SENT TO US WITHIN SEVERAL DAYS. WE WERE ABLE TO USE THE REPORT TO RECEIVE SPECIFIC ESTIMATES ON FURTHER INSULATION AND REPAIRS. JIM WAS WORTH FAR MORE THAN THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE PAID. WE HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM HIGHLY TO FRIENDS.
Description of Work: JIM TOOK SEVERAL HOURS TO PERFORM AN ENERGY AUDIT OF OUR HOME. HE CHECKED THE ENTIRE HOUSE INSIDE AND OUT AND TOOK MANY KINDS OF ENERGY MEASUREMENTS. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING AS HE WENT ALONG IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND UNDERSTANDABLE WAY. WE RECEIVED OUR COMPLETE REPORT WITH SUGGESTIONS DETAILED ACCORDING TO LEVEL OF IMPORTANCE AND ENERGY SAVINGS IN SEVERAL DAYS. HE DISCOVERED A PROBLEM WITH OUR NEW FURNACE, WHICH HAD BEEN INSTALLED INCORRECTLY, AND WE HAD IT REPAIRED THAT SAME DAY UNDER WARRANTY.
