Plumber arrived at 2:15pm on 1/16/17 and left at 2:30pm.(15 min's). No replacement was made. The bonnet nut was tightened by hand on inside faucet only. Since no faucet was replaced, a credit should have been given, due to part of the deal. This had been previously reported to Angies List on 1/19/17 with no reply.

Jason was very responsive, even by email (we are usually not available by phone), and worked around our schedule, suggesting several evening appointments. I had purchased a "plumbing service call" coupon through Angie's List for $49, thinking that this would take care of the clogged drain, and was therefore a little surprised when I found out that this wouldn't include any actual work... Unclogging the drain would normally cost an additional $100, but we ended up paying only an extra $25+tax because the coupon included $75 off towards any "repairs". So at the end, we paid $75 total for unclogging the drain, for which our usual go-to contractor (ABC Sewer & Drain Cleaning) would have charged us a flat rate of $100. Overall, still a good deal, but not so much if we had paid full price.

Norman did a great job and even corrected two other problem with my toilet at the same time. I would highly recommend his services and use them again in the future.

Jason fixed one problem and advised toilet replacement in second bathroom. He explained what needed to be done and was very professional. We will be using him again for future work.

I will be using him for my next plumbing job that is coming up shortly. I would highly recommend him. His work was great and so was his price.

It was amazing!! I can't describe how go I felt the day after. He gave me an unbelievable price and refused to take a tip. He was also insisting on finishing the job even though he initially came for an estimate!! Jason is my go to guy from here on out!!

Jason was very punctual and professional. I appreciate that he came after 5pm to replace a shut off valve. I was concerned that the weather would change and my pipes would freeze. He replaced the valve and now I do not have worry about it. His work was clean and efficient. He also gave me some good advice on other pipes that he noticed were loose. I will make sure they are secured properly. I can do this myself. The cost was less than expected. I would defiantly use this service again and will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.

He responded to my call and accommodated my plumbing emergency the next day. He was able to fix the problem and clean up his work timely, and stopped the water from leaking. He was able to replace the outside light fixture by determining that there was a problem that could eventually lead to an electrical fire, identify the resolution, and fix the problem the same day. He makes sure that the work is done the same day, if possible, and is willing to accommodate your schedule if needed. He always does great work that is within a reasonable price and timely fashion.
