He did an excellent job. I feel like I got a lot of bang for my buck. It was a very complete report and he was here for 4 hours. He told me very specifically what he recommended to be done and the materials to use.

He really knows the Riverwest market so he gave us a realistic sense of what to expect. Within several weeks he had shown the property multiple times and brought in an offer at our full asking price. He helped us navigate some repairs that were required by the buyer's lender, several times referring us to local contractors who did excellent work under tight deadlines. One thing that we especially appreciate about Norm is that he did not waste our time, ever. He was responsive whenever we called or emailed, and we knew we could count on him to be honest and direct.
