+ -1 moreHE HAD A GUY WORKING WITH HIM WHO DIDN'T DO ANY PREP OR ANYTHING, HE JUST STARTED PAINTING! THEN, I FOUND HIM SMEARING CAULK ALL OVER THE WOOD, AND I ASKED THEM TO STOP THE WORK. HE ASKED ME TO GO AHEAD AND LET THEM GET FINISHED, SO I DID. THEY SMEARED PAINT OVER EVERYTHING AND IT WAS A REALLY BAD JOB. THE CAULKING AROUND THE WINDOW WAS SLOPPY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: REPLACED TRIM AROUND GARAGE DOOR AND PAINTED IT, ALSO PAINTED TRIM AROUND 3 PICTURE WINDOWS AND REPLACED SOME WOOD PECKER DAMAGED WOOD.
