Originally contacted New Vision for an assessment on ideas and how much it would cost for different options in screening an AC unit that had to be moved to the front of the house along with possibility of putting in a retaining wall for a sidewalk that was sinking due to erosion in back. James was very flexible and stopped by the house to go over the project and came back with a full assessment and ideas along with estimates. The pricing was very affordable and reasonable, their customer service was responsive and respectful. They even sent virtual images of the project would look like when finished to help with visual. The work was done faster than originally estimated (restricted to work only on sunny days) and neither I nor my tenants needed to be home while they came and worked. This freed everyone up to get the work done on a more flexible schedule. I will be using their services for future work.
