Everyone works as a team, The project was completed as promised, it was a good value for the work we had done and can't say enough about the gorgeous design work & meticulous installation We couldn't be happier with the finished product.. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Designed, fabricated and installed iron and wood staircase in a loft apartment.

+ -1 moreJohn did a good job with the estimate. ?They started on time. ?The project was supposed to take 14 days but they went a couple days over, that was fine. ?The debris was moved by hand from the garage in the alley to the street because there wasn't enough room for a dumpster in the alley. ?It was a tough job and the cost was the same as the quote. ? I'd work with Milwaukee Wood & Iron again. ?I was referred to them by a neighbor.
Description of Work: Tear down a 110 year old?3 car garage with a second story loft but leave two walls up so the City of Milwaukee considered it a renovation and not a garage replacement. ?Tear out old concrete from garage floor and apron. ?Remove all debris.

+ -1 moreScammer, very unprofessional..just a young kid with zero work ethic and no idea how to keep his word. If your into slacking hipsters then this guy is your man. His employees are not any better, just some theiven drug addicts looking for a quick buck.
Description of Work: Nothing, he wasted everybodys time and was not a man of his word. John Emery is NOT a business man.
