Excellent service, prices that couldn't be beat and a great product to boot. Through my career I have worked with many vendors and contractors in the real estate industry and have some pretty good connections. Milwaukee Windows is definitely one of them. Not only do I have good experience referring them to businesses and homeowners, but I purchased windows from them last year for my own house.

I got a message immediately with a phone number to call. I texted pictures and the gentleman on the phone walked me through fixing the problem myself. Incredible service! Can’t imagine a better experience, and they did it for free.

Great. Worked with Ihsan, the owner. Came and measured, windows were delivered promptly, installation was perfect. Originally thought about doing it myself but the money spent on installation was a good investment. At a later date, we decided to add 2 more casement windows, and the results were equally impressive. Took a lot of pressure off me since we were also dealing with roof, furnace, electrical and plumbing issues. Will definitely use again on our next project.

I was extremely pleased with Milwaukee Windows. The reviews I read about them were totally accurate. When the owner came to measure, he was obviously confident in his pricing because he didn?t pressure me at all. In fact, he encouraged me to get quotes from other companies before making a decision. His confidence was well justified because his pricing was by far better than any of the other companies that quoted me. Despite his pricing being much lower than his competition, I didn?t feel I sacrificed anything with regards to quality. In fact, I think I got a much better window with Milwaukee Windows. They were very accommodating to my tenants and surprisingly fast with the install. What I especially appreciated was how the owner took real pride in his work. When I stopped by to check on the progress, he had me watch the entire process of removing and installing a window, explaining every step and answering any questions I had. Ihsan and his crew knew exactly how to remove the old windows, making sure to preserve what they needed to. They worked very quickly as a team as well. They installed all 23 windows in 2 days with only finishing to do after that. Ihsan welcomed me watching him remove and install the first window, while asking him all sorts of questions. We helped them by taking our window treatments down and moving furniture away from the windows, but Ihsan would have been more than happy to do that himself. They even helped us with a couple of other little household tasks that we were unsure how to handle. The house was never left a mess, they vacuumed up after themselves, brought their own garbage can, and hauled all of the old windows and parts away. Ihsan's responsiveness was unparalleled. I'd email him a question and often hear back within a few hours, max. I think I asked him to redo our quote for different options maybe 5 times, and he never appeared irritated. He always got the new quote to me within a few days. I HIGHLY recommend Milwaukee Windows. I never thought we'd be able to afford new windows for our entire home at once, but they made it a reality. the service provided was excellent. They called and said when they were coming to install them even though we had the bad rain that night and morning. Were very careful when installing them and cleaned up after the work was done. Am very pleased and makes my house look very nice.

Excellent in everyway. Ihsan's estimate was well below the others received. It was not even close. And we did not sacrifice anything by going with him. To the contrary. He had the windows within a week of when we signed the contract. Other companies said it would take 6-8 weeks. Ihsan had them within 7 days. Other companies gave us a strong sales pitch, or were not responsive to our subsequent questions. Ihsan never pressured us, and was very generous with his time by visiting our home a numerous times before making a final decision to ensure we were comfortable with our decision. He also was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Moreover, unlike what other companies said they would do, Ihsan did the installation work with his hired employee. He took ownership and pride in his workmanship, and ensured that we were 100% satisfied before proceeding. When unforeseen extra work was necessary, he checked with us first before doing anything. We felt very comfortable with Ihsan and would recommend him to anyone. He takes pride in his work, and does not overcharge. You can trust him. Gratefully, we found him on Angie's list, which saved us thousands of dollars and we received outstanding windows and excellent service. I highly recommend him.

After sitting through six different window company sales pitches, we were almost ready to give up on finding standard sized double hung windows for under $500 each. Being a police officer, I was a little wary of somebody coming in with a low price that blows everyone out of the water. The windows were delivered and installed the same day, by competent professionals who left the house cleaner than they found it. We love our new windows and enjoyed working with the company's owner, Ihsan. With no "sales force" he is able to keep his overhead low and pass the savings on to the homeowner. He is the epitome of a "no pressure" salesman. His product and his prices sell themselves. He came out for the measurements, helped with the installation, and came back after the installation to make sure everything was done to his high standards and that we had no issues or complaints. His crew was very professional cleaned up like they weren't even there the results leaving us with quality windows professional results The owner expedites all his Jobs gave us dates and times no problems whatsoever deafly would use this guy again.

I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to deliver product and begin installation. Definitely faster than the other contractors had estimated their lead times. Our property is very old and had some unexpected rotted out frames, which Milwaukee Window's crew were able to replace as needed during the job and at a reasonable cost.

Ihsan was able to meet me the same day of my call to come out and determine the best window options for my garage. He was polite and professional and delivered a fantastic price without sacrificing quality. It was great, the owner Ihsan of the company was extremely helpful and nice. He also had great prices and gave us the honest truth with what we had and what we were comparing to other companies. He was there for all our questions, very helpful and a great decision to work with them.

The estimate process was easy and Ihsan did not try to 'sell' you on anything. The windows were ordered and a couple weeks later they came in and his crew installed them. I would estimate the installation took 2-3 hours. If I ever need windows installed again I know who I will be calling.

when it comes to certain characteristics of vendors, I look for integrity, value, and quality. At times you sacrifice one for the other two. not in this case. Ihsan and his team performed incredible work at a value not matched by anyone else. I will have them back in 2017 to replace more of my windows without hesitation and will refer to everyone I know who needs windows.

Went great from start to finish. Didnt mind the multiple questions we had for them. Also spoke with my installer and answered some questions he had as well. Ordering process went very smooth. Price was extremely fair and quality of the window is great. Changed the entire look of our home. Looking for another home currently and will definitely be using them again.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. We visited the home show to check out some window companies and were, for the most part, underwhelmed... There were several that we chose to set up appointments with to get estimates on replacing eleven windows in our home. After setting up the appointments, I decided to check Angie's list and learn more about each of them. I cancelled a few of them based on their reviews and came across Milwaukee Windows as I was looking into the other companies. They had nothing but excellent reviews, so I called and set up a time with them as well. They were, by far, the least expensive of the estimates that we received. In addition, Ihsan was professional, accommodating and easy to work with. There was no hard sell and he answered all of our questions with confidence and brought up a few things that we had not thought of. The windows were delivered and installed within two weeks of the order. He worked with our schedules, communicated well and left the work areas cleaner than when he arrived.
