+ -1 moreThey fixed it in a few days. The problem was the new version of windows, and they were able to get windows updated while fixing the computer. The only negative there is parking. Either park on the street or the lot in back - do NOT park in the liquor store parking lot!

+ -1 moreAFTER INITIALLY SAYING IT WAS THE HARD DRIVE THEY CONCLUDED IT WAS MORE THAN THAT. I'M NOT SURE HOW ACCURATE THEY WERE. THEY SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. ON A POSITIVE NOTE THEY WAIVED THEIR SERVICE CHARGE.
