Punctual/Professional in giving estimate. Only did one two foot pass on front sidewalk and neglected all other areas. Consequently, snow melted into 6 inches of ice on all surfaces. Refused responsibility for quality of work until confronted with written contract. Our subsequent follow ups were met with rudeness, unkept promises and hanging up on us. We had to pay another contractor a large sum to money to manually chip ice away. After we repeatedly asked for payment for snowblower, Mr. Brennan refused in writing to pay for it, claiming that he did not have the money. He agreed in writing to our offer of a payment plan, never paid, and ultimately dropped the snow blower off in our driveway 3/15/08. The snow blower s condition reflected a winter s worth of commercial use. Labor time was assigned to another party since we did not trust him to come near our property again.
