I first met Mike about 3 years ago when the roof was replaced and I was told I needed someone to do some additional work that the roofer did not do. This roofer recommended Mike Miley. Like most homeowners, I was very skeptical. I soon learned I need not have been skeptical. In the past 3 years, Mike has helped with numerous projects around the home – total window replacements, gutter guards, exterior and interior painting, attic insulation, chimney repairs, exterior lighting, landscaping and tree removal along with numerous smaller projects. He will refer jobs to others skilled in that particular area, but always keeps an eye on whoever is doing the job. He is a perfectionist, takes pride in his work, works efficiently concentrating on the job at hand, is prompt or will call if a sudden delay will take place (seldom), completes the work in a timely manner. I have found his pricing to be fair and comparable to other contractors. The job cost t hat is originally contracted for is the price at the completion of the job. Price changes have occurred only when I have asked for more and then it is by prior agreement. I would highly recommend Mike Miley. He is an honest worker and fits the old saying – a man who “gives an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay.
