+ -1 moreIt went horribly. There wasn't even a "sorry about that" or "we must have had a breakdown in communication." I got the impression that it was like "so what, quit complaining."
Description of Work: This company was contracted by our relocation company to give us a roof estimate. This company did not call me to set up an appointment and just showed up while I wasn't home and was walking around my roof and property. When I called the company, they were very uncaring about the fact that they never contacted me to set up this appointment. I would never, ever use this company after this type of behavior!
