+ -1 moreI had a wonderful experience with Ben at Metal Smoke Design. He did an outstanding job on an unusual project. He was honest, pleasant and responsive, and took the time required to do the job right. All of the railings are sturdy and beautiful.
Description of Work: We have an underground garage with a sidewalk above the driveway leading into it and 2 stairwells going down to it. We needed to replace the hand rails going down each stairwell, the railings around each stairwell, and the railing along the sidewalk, above the driveway.

Description of Work: I had a loading dock bumper that became damaged and I needed it reattached before the dock started taking hits from the trucks backing up. The first repair didn't hold well, but Ben was very quick to come back out and make things right. This was no fault of the workmanship, but rather how our dock was engineered many years ago. Would definitely use them again for future projects
