Description of Work: They mowed my lawn (large) for two years and charged exhorbitant rates including a surcharge of 8 dollars for a 35 dollar job when gasoline prices had dropped dramatically. They damaged woody plants and did not replace them. I went to a new provider for 2015

 + -1 moreGreat design at the negotiation time. Gave a deposit of 50% in April then never heard from them for over a month. Actually thought we had been scammed. Finally heard back and received a variety of excuses. First attempt at pouring small concrete support pad was a FAIL...concrete brittle and too much gravel...crumbled while drying. Continued poor communnication. Actual laborers did not speak English. Plants were not what was expected. Tree died within a couple weeks. Stone fountain had issues causing them to have to bore out the stone...not the look we were going for. Attempted to charge more for their error. In the end, we like the result but are skeptical about how the remaining plants will hold up after the winter and do not trust they will stand behind the warranty based on the service we received. Looks nice, but far too stressful managing this contractor for the money we spent!
